A Call for Video Tributes
In advance of An Evening with Cliff McCrath, everyone is invited to submit testimonials, anecdotes, or expressions of gratitude as their path crossed with Cliff over the past few decades. It might’ve been as a player, camper, teammate, or a chance interaction on the sidewalk. No matter, you can submit a brief video (75-90 seconds at most) from your smartphone, from now through September 22.
Here's how and a few tips:
- Choose a quiet and well-lighted location. Avoid background noise and bright windows behind you.
- If possible, use a stable surface or tripod to avoid shaky footage.
- Keep the smartphone or tablet close enough to capture your voice clearly, or use an external microphone.
- Record in landscape mode (horizontal, not vertical) and leave some space around the subject (presumably you).
- Start your video by saying your name and whether you were a friend, camper, player of Cliff’s, then pause for a moment and begin.
- When finished, upload to the Dropbox link below. You do not need to have a Dropbox account to do so.
- Any questions can be sent to walegends@gmail.com
- The final day to upload videos is September 22.
